The role involves conducting workshops, creating user stories, executing functional testing, and addressing customer challenges to enhance the software experience.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate customer alignment to Solumina software functionalities and industry best practicesLead Business Blueprinting and User Story Workshop, including the *As Is* and *To Be* processes using iBase-t’s Agile / Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM)Identifies the delta between current and future state processesAlign standard functionality User Stories to the Customer’s ProcessesIdentify and create new User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to support unique customer requirementsAssist customers with iBase-t software deployment and system set-upDevelop and execute detailed test cases to validate the deployed solutionSupport customer User Acceptance TestingCreate complete customer project documentationContribute to the validation of upcoming Product software releasesDrive Product innovation based on project lessons learnedContribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiativesEncourages the understanding and use of AIContributes to team’s continuous review of internal processes and proceduresSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, business information systems, computing and information technologies, industrial/systems engineering2 - 5 years of industry experiencePassion for working with customers in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business requirements and deliver effective solutionsWell versed in multiple types of AI Engines and their usesStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsKnows when to pivot work based on a customer's changing needsEffective Leadership and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and build consensus to shared goalsGrowth mindset with industry familiarity in complex manufacturing processes and a desire to keep up with the latest trendsSelf-starter with proficient time management skills and the ability to work remotely or at customer sitesWorking knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration designUnderstanding of the Agile Framework Scrum and KanbanKnowledge of process mapping, modeling, and visualization tools & techniquesTravel 30-40% of work timeAbility to travel internationally as neededCompany OverviewHeadquartered in Lake Forest, California, iBase-t simplifies Aerospace & Defense manufacturing.
