[Remote] Business Operations Manager

This role is responsible for owning high-priority strategic and operational projects across the portfolio, blending business strategy, analytical rigor, project management, and stakeholder management.ResponsibilitiesManage Performance: Help define, track, and report on KPIs that measure impact across initiatives—serving as the first point of escalation for issuesLead Strategic Initiatives: Identify key business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and lead the execution of initiatives that improve growth and efficiencyOwn Project Execution: Work autonomously to take ideas and turn them into structured projects, with measurable checkpointsCommunicate and Influence: Work closely with teams to align priorities, share findings, and make structured recommendations for leadershipBuild to Scale: Identify and lead improvements to our operations, decision making, and leverage customer data to ensure our growth is sustainedSkills4+ years of experience in operations, strategy in high-growth, tech environmentsAnalytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguous problems using data discoveryDemonstrated ability to work with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making frameworksExperience leading cross-functional projects and operational initiatives end-to-endStrong written/verbal communications and presentation skillsBachelor's degree strongly preferredAdept in project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana)Adept in Excel/Google SheetsFamiliar with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma)Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeCompany Overviewadly is a team of founders for founders.
