The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing performance goals to increase revenue and market share.ResponsibilitiesDrive new client growth through continuous prospecting, networking opportunities and expanding usage of our products and services with existing clientsDevelop relationships with internal partners and affiliate business leaders to expand cross sell opportunitiesIdentify and target key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential partners to initiate partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's objectivesDevelop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsDevelop and monitor sales related business drivers, metrics and modelsCommunicate effectively with industry professionals and showcase the value proposition of company servicesAttend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and stay up to date with industry trends and market developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products, services and solutions that meet the specific needs of lending institutions and capital market participantsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new partnerships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide insights that inform strategic decision-makingDevelop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals and pitches to prospects and partners, highlighting the benefits of collaborating with the companyDevelop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, executives and influencers within the lending community and capital markets to position Fay as a preferred partnerLead contract negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company guidelinesMonitor market trends, regulatory changes and economic indicators to anticipate shifts in the lending and capital markets, providing timely insights to internal teamsTrack and analyze business development metrics, generating regular reports and updates for senior management to assess progress and identify areas for improvementManage reports for revenue forecasts and sales related expensesDevelop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational objectivesMaintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organizationEnsure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices. Successfully complete all department and company required trainingModel Fay’s Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, professionalism and code of conductPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business or related field, or commensurate experience required5+ years' experience in title industry sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships5+ years' experience supporting diverse business functions; mortgage/ financial services industry experience preferred5+ years' experience in process implementation to include demonstrated experience researching and adapting best practices to align with business and product needsComprehensive knowledge of project and product management lifecycles to include gathering and prioritizing business requirements and product visionIn-depth knowledge of mortgage banking, loan servicing, mortgage and title products and title settlement servicesIn-depth knowledge of technology platforms, including loan originations, servicing and title productionIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and general title underwriting guidelinesDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, peers and associatesPresentation skills necessary to persuade and/or facilitate discussions with prospective and existing clientsDemonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environmentsClient focused with strong execution skills and a results orientation; able to link to business needs with tactical execution and resultsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels across the organizationAbility to effectively present to and facilitate discussions with executive leadershipAbility to understand and document processes, and have a high level of problem solving, process improvement, and product management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required resultsEffective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment5+ years' experience supporting diverse business functions; mortgage/ financial services industry experience preferredCompany OverviewTitle Clearing & Escrow, LLC is an experienced nationwide title & escrow solutions provider with top-rated agents focused on superior service and quality.
