Social Media Lead

As part of Ant Group, our mission as a FinTech is ‘to make it easy to do business anywhere’.We are hiring a Social Media Manager to support global social planning, content execution, and performance optimization across key channels (LinkedIn/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok). What you will be doing:Plan and execute global social content with clear weekly/monthly cadenceManage publishing operations: calendar, briefs, scheduling, approvalPartner with internal teams and agencies/freelancers to produce social assetsSupport content output quality (narrative consistency and copy readiness)Support creator/KOL collaborations (briefing, delivery tracking, basic measurement)Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks/UTMs) and iterate What we are looking for:Fintech, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or global trade experience Experience running social for a brand or agency (portfolio examples required)Strong English writing and editorial judgement for business contentComfortable with social analytics and turning insights into actionsSolid project management and cross-team coordination skillsWho We Are: WorldFirst is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
