Summary
Remote Associate Therapist (LSW or LPC) delivering teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts with full supervision coverage and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students, collaborate with school counselors and families, and participate in ongoing clinical case consultation.
Skills: Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT/DBT preferred), and strong communication skills for working with youth and families.
Qualifications: Active LSW or LPC license in Illinois required. Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy preferred; school-based clinical experience is a plus.
Location: Remote - Illinois
Compensation: $40 – $50 USD/hourly

The Work

What You Need
• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
Preferred
• CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
• School-based or youth clinical experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
