[Remote] Associate Director, Consumer Marketing

The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing will lead consumer activities related to disease education campaigns and the launch of their product, zorevunersen, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Executive Director, Zorevunersen Marketing on the development and deployment of the current DE campaign in the second half of 2026. Contribute to the evolution of the strategy and tactics of the DE campaign in anticipation of a potential launch in late 2027, early 2028Own the tactical plan and execution, including the development of a KPI plan to assess the success of our efforts and understand where we need to evolveProvide significant contribution to the development of a branded campaign and tacticsCollaborate with the Patient Support Lead to develop tactics for that channelHelp lead the development and execution of market research that generates actionable insightsProvide strategic oversight and leadership in managing relationships with marketing agencies and key external partners, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of marketing initiativesFoster and strengthen collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure success of cross-functional initiatives and long-range plansLead the MLR process for Consumer tacticsSkillsA minimum of 7+ years of experience in Marketing within the biopharma environment with 3+ years in Consumer Marketing preferredExperience in consumer marketing strategy and tactic planning with the ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agenciesConsumer marketing experience in media, including digital marketingDemonstrated ability to use data, insights, and structured analysis to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and recommend evidence-based actionsThe ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects is essentialA strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional colleagues and can foster productive working relationships20% domestic travel is required.
