They are seeking a Dental Pro Associate Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of dental professional accounts, driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building.ResponsibilitiesOwn, manage, and grow a portfolio of active dental professional accountsDrive engagement, ordering frequency, and revenue through proactive outreachIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolioMonitor customer ordering patterns and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunitiesReactivate dormant customers and rebuild long-term relationshipsBuild and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, follow-ups, and account expansion strategiesTrack opportunities and customer interactions in CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting and reportingPartner with leadership to execute growth initiatives across the Dental Professional channelManage inbound support requests and inquiries from dental professionals with professionalism and careEnsure timely resolution of orders, account issues, and general questionsDeliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience that strengthens customer loyalty and brand advocacyAttend up to 8 dental conferences annually to support sales efforts, strengthen relationships, and drive new account growthSkills1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in a B2B environmentExperience in a clinical or dental hygiene role, a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpotExperience working with customer support systems like ZendeskStrong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google WorkspaceHigh level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentA growth mindset, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for building customer relationshipsBenefitsHealth, Dental, & Vision Insurance: PPO Plans that give you in and out of network coverage to meet you where you are seeking care.FSA: Eligible Health Expense & Dependent Care.Unlimited PTO & Sick Time: No waiting period and we actually want you to use it!
