They are seeking a Senior Android Developer to take ownership of the Android platform, building scalable applications and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-centric features.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Deliver first-to-market, photorealistic, mixed-reality design products to millions of users worldwide
ā¢ Work with the latest tools and technologies in the Android ecosystem, including Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and ARCore
ā¢ Design and build Android architectures that support robust data flows, elegant UI experiences, and a fully testable environment
ā¢ Work closely with iOS and Android developers to create best-in-class features and support developers across the team by leveraging your work
ā¢ Partner with design and engineering teams to plan, test, and deploy elegant solutions for complex problems
ā¢ Collaborate closely with client partners to support releases and integrations within the client app
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
ā¢ 5+ Years of experience developing Android applications
ā¢ 1+ Years of experience developing with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI practices
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices
ā¢ Experience developing and shipping Android applications used by large audiences
ā¢ Passion for creating magical, user-centric products
ā¢ Experience with the complete Android development lifecycle, including build and release management
ā¢ Solid understanding of Android threading, concurrency, and lifecycle management
ā¢ Strong knowledge of client-server communication, networking, and APIs
ā¢ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
