Culture Activation Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2026)

Position Purpose:

Support the Culture team in development of a new Culture Champions program—an initiative designed to engage individual contributors in actively living our values and behaviors. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about organizational culture and transformation, naturally curious, adaptable, and interested in (or experienced with) project-based work.

Our work is fluid and dynamic, and priorities may evolve as we learn and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to grow alongside the program.

Location: Can work in any of the 50 US States.

Remote(summer): 40/hrs. a week, 12 week program (May-August2026)

Pay Range :$18-26/hr.

• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
