The Qualifications We Seek
• 3-5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience with end-to-end campaign ownership
• Proven experience managing lifecycle campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, or similar)
• Strong experience executing multi-channel campaigns (push, SMS, email, in-app)
• Ability to design and implement triggered, behavior-based journeys (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
• Experience building and managing audience segmentation based on user behavior and lifecycle stages
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, funnels, and behavioral data
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience in high-volume, customer-focused digital environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with diverse user segments and engagement patterns is a plus
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to craft clear, targeted messaging

Your Daily Tasks
• Manage and execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, including push, email, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Create and enhance automated, trigger-based journeys such as onboarding, abandonment, reactivation, and reminders
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, channels, and offers to improve performance
• Optimize key lifecycle metrics, including conversion, retention, and churn rates
• Ensure all communications are compliant, relevant, and delivered at appropriate frequency
• Work closely with Product and Analytics teams to establish and measure campaign success metrics
• Develop and refine audience segments based on user behavior and lifecycle stages
