[Remote] Altra: Lifestyle Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VF Corporation is seeking a Lifestyle Sales Manager to lead sales planning and execution for assigned lifestyle accounts. This role involves mentoring a sales team, achieving revenue targets, and developing strategic sales plans to enhance account relationships and drive product sales.ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the lifestyle channelManage, mentor and train an external sales team. Manage team structure that aligns to future distribution and brand strategy; including, recruiting new talent to support future sales organizationAchieve goals set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategiesDevelop regional sales plans by territory to align with Altra's and VFâs seasonal initiatives and financial targets by regionManage strategic account plans, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives with Go to Market (GTM) strategy (partnering with marketing). Coordinates early pre-lines with product team to gather critical information on specific market trendsCreate and track weekly/monthly and quarterly sales goals that tie to strategy and individual rep performanceOversees the current Altra partner relationships as well as being able to identify and build on new Altra business opportunities including maximizing channels and new accountsUtilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business while proactively addressing issues and opportunitiesSkills5+ years of Sales, Product, marketing experience, ideally within the lifestyle space5+ years of management experience, overseeing 5-10 direct employeesBackground in product merchandising, sales, marketing or retailProven ability to create and implement winning sales strategies and communicate results clearlyDemonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basisAbility to negotiate and influence othersAbility to work through conflict management situations using Altra Values and looking for a win-win outcomeQuantified results in leading teams to targeted results and exceeding expectationsExcellent process and organizational management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated team leadership skillsProven ability to build and maintain business critical relationships/partnershipsAbility to travel 70%BenefitsThis position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or
