[Remote] Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft solutions to manage strategic client accounts, drive sales growth, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retentionSales & Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a broad range of IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologiesSolution Expertise: Clearly articulate the value of Microsoft solutions—including Azure cloud migration, Modern Workplace (M365), Security services, and Data & AI—and align them with client business objectivesAccount Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within existing accountsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Marketing to craft compelling proposals, accurately scope projects, and ensure seamless service deliveryForecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and update account records using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close complex service agreementsSkillsMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT services sales or account management, ideally within a multinational or global organizationDemonstrated success in selling and positioning Microsoft-centric solutions (Azure, M365, Security, etc.). Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a strong advantageProven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with Microsoft's partner landscapeBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
