Remote Sales Development Representative

Job Summary This role is 100 % commission based. Your task is to perform outbound calls to increase reputation and gain customers seeking bookkeeping services to track the cash flow of their rental units. You will gain a 25% commission for every sale made. Services run for $500 a month for landlords to $600 for landlords who have their rentals under LLCs. You will be emailed the description of the business, a script, and a contract. Your task is to reach out to people who are landlords that are struggling with their bookkeeping. Give them a clear description of the business and what we do. Then book a meeting. If the client is on-boarded, then you will gain a continuous pay each month of that 25% that the client is working with us. There is no limit. Duties • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to generate new business leads and nurture existing client relationships • Engage with potential clients via telemarketing, providing clear information about our technology solutions and services • Advertise to Landlords with 1-10 rental units. • Book meetings with the Owner (Me) Experience • If you have a phone and you're not afraid to advertise, then you're qualified. • No experience is required for this role.
