Job Overview
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be the face of our company, connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your work will go beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about putting smiles on customers' faces and making a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

Communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values, and respecting every customer
Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding to customer concerns
Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, approaching problems logically and with good judgment
Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, with a strong ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer-centricity


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

A base salary range of $34,900/year to $59,400/year, depending on location and experience
