[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, focusing on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding business within designated states.ResponsibilitiesManage the full Sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for mid-size jurisdictions in the states of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Delaware, and PennsylvaniaMaintain and grow revenue from existing and prospect customers by selling and cross-selling our solutions into new departmentsDevelop, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in existing and prospect customer organizationsIdentify customer and prospect needs and tailor solutions to meet those needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date forecast opportunities and records in the CRM systemLead and contribute to RFP responsesCollaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer satisfactionMeet annual Sales targetsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience2-4 years of sales experience, preferably with software to state & local governmentsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong sense of urgency, accountability, and time management skillsProficiency with CRM software and Sales toolsPrior experience in correctly qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecastingAbility to travel in excess of 50%BenefitsAnnual bonus target.
