[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will formulate and execute sales strategies, drive new logo acquisition, and lead engagements with key stakeholders to maximize deal success and strengthen client relationships.ResponsibilitiesDrive new logo acquisition and customer expansion to accelerate revenue growthMeet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by building a healthy pipeline (3X+ of Plan) and executing high-impact opportunity conversion strategiesLead multi-threaded engagements with key stakeholders to maximize deal success and strengthen client relationshipsBuild credibility and influence buying decisions by uncovering business needs, aligning solutions, and demonstrating valueMaintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce to ensure visibility and data integrityCollaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences, apply advanced sales techniques, and continuously refine best practicesSkills5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales, closing complex sales cyclesConsistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)Experience closing transactions >$150k ACV to line of business executivesExperience with Salesforce is good to haveEnglish proficiency: Advanced+Innately curious: You bring an insatiable desire to learn more about the market, as well as your prospects and customersEmpathetic listener: You seek to understand rather than wait for your turn to talkCollaborate and win as a team: You'll compete, but even more importantly, you'll collaborate β sharing what works, supporting your teammates, and contributing beyond just closing dealsNo ego: We have a strict no-jerk rule β no exceptions.
