Description The Entry-Level Recruiter will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to professionals and exceed client expectations. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, directing applicants to appropriate hiring managers for direct hire and contract openings.

Weekend and OT hours may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:
? Identifying and sourcing professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals and networking.
? Match qualified candidates to appropriate opportunities according to our client's staffing needs.
? Comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
Requirements
? Minimum of 6 months of recruiting experience preferred.
? Knowledge of back end searches and ATS systems a plus
? Must have strong written communication skills
? Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills required.
? Must be very well organized, be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
? Must be able to work flexible schedule
