**Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing customer and technical support for careerzynith display products, including TVs and monitors, to customers in the US and Canada.
* Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues.
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac).
* Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

* A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Familiarity with careerzynith products and services.
