[Remote] Senior UKG Program Manager

HRUCKUS is a Veteran-Owned management consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior UKG Program Manager to lead the reimplementation of UKG Dimensions and support a Workday HCM/Payroll implementation. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of the project, coordinating integration efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle UKG Dimensions reimplementation from planning through go-live and stabilizationCoordinate integration and alignment between UKG Dimensions and WorkdayManage project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, budgets, and executive reportingFacilitate collaboration among HR, Payroll, Nursing, Clinical Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholdersPartner with UKG implementation teams on design, configuration, functionality, and best practicesLead remediation efforts involving complex pay rules, shift differentials, work and schedule rules, accruals, overtime calculations, and internal controlsManage vendors, implementation partners, and consultantsLead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetingsOversee change control, issue resolution, and project governanceDirect cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to operationsSkillsBachelor's Degree in a related field10+ years of project management experience5+ years focused on UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central with Dimensions migration experienceDemonstrated leadership of at least one full UKG Dimensions implementationDemonstrated leadership of at least one UKG reimplementation involving remediation of legacy configurationsExpertise in pay rule configuration, shift differentials, clinical scheduling models, internal controls, and complianceExpertise in timekeeping and payroll integrationsStrong understanding of Workday HCM and PayrollExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence senior leadership and manage large cross-functional teamsMaster's DegreeHealthcare industry experience, specifically in large academic medical centers or complex 24/7 healthcare environmentsWorkforce analytics experienceUKG Dimensions expertise in healthcare settingsPMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferredCompany OverviewHruckus is a management consultancy that offers strategic sourcing, IT strategy, business case analysis and program management services.
