Ā Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Ā Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians
Ā Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained )
Ā Build Relationships with customers
Ā Process account cancellations
Ā Accuracy with data entry
Skills & Qualifications:
Ā 3 plus years of Office Experience
Ā 3 plus years of Customer Service
