They are seeking an Account Executive, Social & Influencer to manage social media and influencer marketing programs for recognized brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering impactful campaigns.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned portions of client programs and social media and influencer activation deliverables, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with client objectivesBuild strong working relationships with clients and teammates through consistent communication, responsiveness, and reliable executionSupport account teams in preparing client updates, presentations, meeting materials, and campaign recommendationsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of client business goals, target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trendsWrite and edit engaging, platform-native social content that aligns with client brand voice, messaging, and campaign objectivesAssist in the development and execution of social media strategies designed to increase awareness, engagement, and business impactManage content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple social platformsSupport community management efforts through social listening, audience engagement, trend monitoring, and issue escalation when appropriateStay informed on platform updates, emerging social trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for clientsResearch, identify, and vet influencers and content creators aligned with client goals and audiencesSupport influencer outreach, contracting and negotiation, content review & approval, and overall campaign coordinationsMonitor influencer content performance and contribute recommendations to optimize future programsBuild and maintain positive relationships with influencers, creator partners, agents and representativesDemonstrate expertise across diverse influencer communities, industries, and subject matter areasTrack social media and influencer campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting toolsContribute to recurring client reports by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insightsSupport measurement efforts tied to client objectives, including awareness, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and other key performance indicatorsHelp identify opportunities for optimization based on performance data and campaign learningsCollaborate effectively with creative, paid media, analytics, and PR teams to ensure integrated program executionMentor interns and junior team members on foundational social media, influencer, and account management tasksContribute ideas for creative campaigns, content strategies, influencer activations, and emerging digital opportunitiesPursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends, platform innovations, and digital marketing best practicesSkills2–4 years of agency experience or equivalent experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content development, or related fieldsStrong understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channelsExperience supporting social media programs and influencer marketing campaignsIndependently capture, edit, and produce social media content for client channels, including filming short-form video at client locations, events, activations, and other content opportunitiesBe comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, including self-filming and appearing in content when required, to create platform-native assets optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platformsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, emails, and presentationsGrowth mindset with a desire to continuously learn, improve, and take on new challengesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsProven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team cultureExperience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout
