Our client is a U.S.-based real estate brokerage operating across Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The firm manages residential and commercial transactions, offering brokerage and property-related services. Our Client is seeking Real State Operations Assistant to provide support for their operations. The priority is to find someone highly organized, reliable, and process-driven to handle repetitive but critical tasks such as : • Check and organize real estate transaction files using Dotloop. • Submit documents to closing / title companies and track missing items. • Create and send commission invoices to closing companies. • Support with basic bookkeeping (tracking commissions, maintaining records, potential support for Jesse's other businesses). • Manage social media posting (listings, pendings, closings, open houses) across Facebook, Instagram, and eventually LinkedIn. • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all documents and posts.
