Our team consists of skilled attorneys, paralegals, processors, title underwriters, and support staff working collaboratively to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
We are currently seeking a Virginia Licensed Title Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and prior experience in underwriting and issuing title commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Examining title searches to identify any potential issues
Drafting and preparing Title Commitments
Issuing Final Title Policies
