Responsibilities
• Assist with property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses to facilitate property viewings and client meetings
• Support negotiation processes by preparing documents and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels
• Help ensure compliance with real estate law and local regulations during transactions and marketing efforts
• Support property management activities including lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance scheduling
Skills
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate deals effectively and confidently
• Proficiency in marketing strategies to promote properties across various platforms
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client needs and expand outreach efforts
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
• Customer service experience to build lasting relationships with clients and prospects
• Knowledge of sales techniques to support closing deals efficiently
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure fair treatment of all clients and compliance with legal standards
• Property management knowledge for handling leasing processes and tenant relations
• Administrative experience with document preparation, scheduling, and record keeping
• Understanding of real estate law to assist in contracts and transaction processes
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly within deadlines
