Balen is looking for an agent who will assist the principal in an operational role as well agent duties. The position is specifically geared for an agent who has at least two years of experience and who is unhappy with just being on commissions. The position is Salary and Commission. The responsibilities include all manner of operations and will include showings. Agent will be working directly with owner and his client's. The agent will also be given a full opportunity to work with their clients. Agent will also be working on commercial exclusvies as well.
