QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper — Month-End Close (Training + Execution)
A growing Philadelphia-based promotional products supplier looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to support our month-end close process.
Our books are in great shape following a completed audit at end of 2025. This is a hands-on training engagement where you'll work via Zoom screen share with our CFO over 2-3 months, with the dual goal of ensuring books are closed accurately and on time each month while building internal capability to own the process independently going forward.
This is not a passive coaching role — we need someone equally comfortable teaching and executing, and willing to take over when needed to ensure the close gets done right.
Scope of work:
• Accounts receivable & payable
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Inventory and COGS tracking (physical products company)
• Month-end close
• P&L and balance sheet review
Engagement: 6-8 hours/month for approximately 3 months
Tools: QuickBooks Online, Zoom (remote control required)
