They are seeking an AI Sales Engineer, Digital Native to partner with account executives and articulate the Arize value proposition while managing technical relationships and leading product demonstrations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with our account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customersWork closely with some of the most sophisticated GenAI teams in the worldYou will act as a trusted advisor to our prospective customers, while also building relationships with technical and business stakeholdersLead product demonstrations of the Arize platformAdvise on GenAI and ML best practicesLead discovery to understand prospect's GenAI tech stack to collaborate with the Sales team to construct a compelling value proposition of the Arize PlatformLead Proof of Concept (PoC) motions with prospective buyersHandle technical objections and develop strategies across sales, engineering, and product to unblock themSkills3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineerStrong communication skills: Ability to simplify complex, technical conceptsProficiency in Python / TypescriptKnowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, and DSPyUnderstanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation + development lifecycleA quick and self learner - undaunted by technical complexity of production AI deployments and welcome the challenge to learn about them and develop your own POVPrevious experience working across and aligning Sales, Product, and EngineeringPrevious experience within a team that underwent a high growth stagePrevious engineering experience in: Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform / AWS / AzureBenefitsA competitive equity packageA comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness supportWFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spacesCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
