Quality Engineer
We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards within Subsea business line.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate root cause analysis with quality inspectors to resolve shop quality challenges.
File, investigate and close out NCRs for all discrepancies.
Broad knowledge on inspection techniques and requirements
Review customer PO requirements and request POs as needed.
Conduct kick-off meetings to launch new projects with customers and shop staff.
Follow up on and close out all job packets once manufacturing process is completed and review packets for reports after fabrication & machining.
Coordinate final assembly and testing procedures and submit data to Documentation Department.
Review data books to ensure completion before shipment to customer.
Maintain calibration log to ensure accuracy and coordinate outside calibration testing as needed.
Maintain inventory level for NDE consumables.
Lead investigations on resolving customer complaints on quality issues.
Lead internal quality audits and supplier quality audits.
Communicate quality policy, standards, and requirements to internal customers.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in similar position
Experience in Subsea Environment is strongly preferred
Promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Ensure compliance to quality policy, standards and requirements.
