Job Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Global Continuous Improvement to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and executing high-impact projects that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings a blend of traditional continuous improvement expertise and advanced capabilities in strategic project management, data analytics, and business modeling. Key Responsibilities • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other methodologies to drive operational excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to align on CI strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. • Develop and manage strategic projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Design and implement reporting automation and standardization frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making. • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and value realization assessments to prioritize and validate improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with business leaders to refine business use cases and optimize resource allocation. • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and solve business challenges, advancing CI maturity. • Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and iterative delivery. • Drive root cause analysis and critical thinking to implement sustainable, long-term solutions. • Foster stakeholder engagement and maintain strong communication throughout project lifecycles. • Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights and track performance metrics. • Utilize domain expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Insurance, with a focus on lender-placed insurance, to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 10 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job may have supervisory duties. Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - $163,380.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
