Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Denver. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering or 10 years of experience without a degree. A Master's degree in Engineering is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an A&P license, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training for engineers in areas of expertise
Serve as a mentor to other engineers
Lead project management initiatives and coordinate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities
Develop custom procedures and investigate aircraft/component issues
Provide engineering support for the safety and operation of aircraft and associated systems
Collaborate with other airline departments to implement engineering developments
