QA Tester/Engineer

Job Description – RPA Tester / QA Automation Analyst Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled RPA Tester / QA Analyst to ensure high-quality delivery of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating test cases, coordinating SIT/UAT phases, validating automation outputs, and managing defects using industry-standard tools. Experience with RPA testing tools and understanding business validation is essential. Key Responsibilities • Develop detailed RPA-specific test cases, test scenarios, and regression scripts. • Coordinate and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles with business and technical teams. • Validate that business outcomes align with the approved design documents and automation logic. • Maintain comprehensive test evidence, defect logs, and execution reports. • Ensure bot stability, resilience, and performance across different environments. • Collaborate closely with developers, SMEs, and business analysts to resolve defects and clarify requirements. • Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation activities. Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with RPA testing tools such as: • UiPath Test Suite • Selenium • Postman • Strong understanding of test methodologies, test strategy, and regression practices. • Experience in defect management using tools like: JIRA,Azure DevOps • Knowledge of business validation processes to ensure automation accuracy. • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple testing cycles.
