Our team of experts is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance. **About the Role** As a Consultant-Customer/Solution Support Engineer - Azure Infrastructure at Skillastra, you will leverage your technical expertise and experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure technologies to provide exceptional architecture advising, consulting, and support to our diverse clientele. You will work directly with clients to drive solutions and resolve complex technological challenges, utilizing your advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware. **Responsibilities** * Utilize advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. * Engage with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to deliver comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support. * Conduct architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework, ensuring that our clients' solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. * Interface with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments, aligning their technical solutions with business goals and objectives. * Advise clients on strategic decisions, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations and driving business outcomes. * Confidently present complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, using your exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence client decisions and drive adoption. * Provide comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support, ensuring that our clients' solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. * Solve advanced technical issues and deliver training for Microsoft enterprise software products, empowering our clients to get the most out of their investments. **Requirements** * A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting. * 5+ years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware. * A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience. * A strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy. * Advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) which are highly preferred. * Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with cloud migration and management tools, such as Azure Migrate and Azure Monitor. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and GitHub. * Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS. * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics. **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, and stock options. * Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical plans, retirement savings plans, and paid learning days. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and mentorship programs. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovative solutions in the cloud, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
