QA Lead

This is a remote position. We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Lead QA Analyst (Backend & Frontend) with 7–8 years of experience who can own end-to-end quality across applications. The role requires strong expertise in automated testing , backend–frontend integration, and ensuring reliable, high-quality user experiences across all scenarios. Key activities and results 1. Own and enforce QA standards across backend and frontend systems. 2. Build and execute automation-first test strategies (API, integration, regression, E2E). 3. Ensure end-to-end test coverage, including edge cases and failure scenarios. 4. Detect issues early, drive root-cause analysis, and prevent production defects. 5. Maintain test cases, automation suites, and quality metrics. 6. Lead release readiness and communicate risks and quality status to stakeholders. Areas of responsibilities 1. Own end-to-end QA for projects and releases. 2. Ensure feature reliability across environments and real-world user scenarios. 3. Lead hands-on testing while mentoring and guiding QA team members. 4. Embed quality early through shift-left testing practices. 5. Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience 1. 7–9 years of QA experience with backend and frontend applications 2. Expertise in test automation, including framework design and Selenium-based testing 3. Strong experience in API testing and backend–frontend integration validation 4. Proficiency in functional, regression, performance, and integration testing 5. Experience managing automated test setups and pipelines 6. Working knowledge of MySQL, backend architectures, and NodeJS 7. Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail Added Bonus If You Have Experience with MongoDB Exposure to CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines Prior experience mentoring or leading QA teams
