QA Engineer– ERP (MS Dynamics 365 Finance) Remote

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer ERP (MS Dynamics 365 Finance) Location: Wisconsin (100% Remote) Duration: 12-24+ Months Job Description Client is in Phase 2 of MS Dynamics 365 implementation. QA Engineers will work hands-on on D365 Finance module data testing followed by testing of Retail modules. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' QA experience Proven experience validating financial and data integrations in D365 Finance (2 years preferred) Strong in SQL: able to comprehend and troubleshoot complex queries for data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis Testing RETAIL module implementation in any ERP Testing experience with any ERP having PIM/ OMS/ Demand planning/ forecasting modules Must be proficient with Scrum implementation in ADO (Azure DevOps) for work priority, test evidence, defect management, and coordination with developers/analysts. Independent Quality Engineers with very strong technical and analytical backgrounds, not simply manual testers. Hands-on with Boomi or similar middleware for integration testing. Technically fluent & comfortable with databases, APIs, ETL payloads, and troubleshooting. Experience working with external vendor systems and collaborating with vendor implementation teams. Able to learn quickly in a technically complex and under-documented environment. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate directly with 3rd party vendor partners, implementation partners, software developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Snowflake is a plus. For near future ERP Integration Testing with other modules for Retail - Preferred experience with: PIM systems (especially Stibo) OMS platforms (especially Kibo) Demand Planning/Forecasting platforms (especially Relex) Understanding the nuances of retail workflows, item hierarchies, SKU complexity, and omni-channel fulfillment.
