manufacturing leadership experience
who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

• Experience: 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred
• Travel: Local travel to customer facilities
Responsibilities
• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
Qualifications
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
