Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person.
• Provide product information and conduct engaging product consultations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers in-person.
• In-time, you'll be able to assist in supervising junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with presentations is a plus, as well as experience in training other team members.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues.
