Tasks
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope;
Coordinate resources, team members, and third-party vendors;
Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives;
Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve issues and remove blockers;
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards, especially in financial and banking contexts;
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management roles;
Prior experience managing projects in the banking, financial, or compliance domains (strongly preferred);
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and scope effectively;
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences;
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies;
Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for daily communication in an international setting;
Must be located in Portugal (remote work only)
