Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Project Manager, Creative Services with a Bachelor's degree, and at least 2 years of experience with a proven record of managing creative projects and production workflows in marketing, communications, or related fields. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.

Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day execution of creative, marketing, and communications projects, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables stay on track
• Maintain detailed project plans in Asana, including tasks, dependencies, owners, and deadlines, based on priorities and direction set by leadership
• Track project status across active initiatives and proactively flag risks, delays, or gaps to leadership with proposed solutions
• Coordinate logistics and communication across internal teams and external vendors to support on-time, on-budget delivery of creative assets
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for production and status meetings, ensuring clear next steps and accountability
• Manage asset organization, documentation, and file hygiene, including naming conventions and version control
• Support vendor coordination by sourcing quotes, tracking estimates, and assisting with production logistics as needed
• Assist with the trafficking and handoff of creative assets across channels (digital, print, video, social), ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Execute established workflows and processes, and surface opportunities for improvement to leadership
• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience with a proven record of managing creative projects and production workflows in marketing, communications, or related fields
