Requirements
The Project Manager at Payarc plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives across departments. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that include go-to-market strategies, partner onboarding/implementation, and internal business optimization. The Project Manager will act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability for each project phase, supporting Payarc’s commitment to delivering results through effective collaboration and execution. Responsibilities & DutiesLead the end-to-end management of projects across go-to-market, partnerships, and internal cross-functional initiatives Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, and documentation Organize and facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and milestone reviews Track project progress, risks, and blockers; escalate issues when needed Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs; ensure timely delivery and scope adherence Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain communication across all levels of the organization Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for project governance and operational processes Document and communicate lessons learned and best practices Skills/CompetenciesExcellent project management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities Skilled at managing stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and resources across concurrent projects Conflict resolution and risk mitigation skills Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira) Strong presentation and reporting skills Qualifications / Experience Required3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology, SaaS, or fintech environment Demonstrated success in managing projects involving partner implementation or GTM execution Experience in coordinating across multiple departments with different priorities Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with technical teams Strong documentation and project planning capabilities Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field preferred Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other PM certifications is a plus Continued coursework in Agile, change management, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
