About the Role
We're currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative Trainee. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job - we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls
Handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot
Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License (we pay for your time and materials)
Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
Maintain regular and timely attendance
Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
Ability to manage individual stress/composure
Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma
Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
Able to Pass a Background Check
Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
2 Years of customer Service Experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Prior experience in the insurance industry
Property and Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
