Join us!The RoleAs a Project Manager on the Product Operations team, your mandate is to help lead the team through the execution of our most important projects. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by delivering new features to customers in order to help them better manage their financial lives. You will work closely with a broad group of cross-functional stakeholders, especially Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations working on a variety of new product features and internal processes. This role reports to the lead Project Manager for Product Operations.This role is responsible for:Supporting internal governance and management of the product roadmapDelivering on product launch plans– including end-to-end execution and cross-functional stakeholder readiness throughout the lifecycle of the projectSetup and ownership of project management tools and templatesCreating and improving processes driving organizational efficiency, better documentation, and posting impacted stakeholdersCommunication with external partners, clients, and vendors as a relationship ownerManaging relationships and processes our external partners, including our banking relationships and other strategic partnersYou Bring5+ years of relevant experience in technology-based project management or adjacent role (e.g. product management)Experience and passion for collaboration or project management tools, practices and templates.
