[Remote] Recruiter/Talent Advisor

They are seeking a Recruiter/Talent Advisor to partner with Hiring Managers and manage various aspects of the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring goals.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitionsPerforms intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitionsDetermines work behaviors and executes all actions necessary to meet daily, weekly and monthly goalsMeets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metProvide data as requested by Manager, Talent Delivery and/or Director, Client Delivery that fulfills the reporting requirements of the specific clientEnsures that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition, to meet compliance and SLA/KPI trackingReviews company communications, adheres to corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetingsDevelops recruiting and sourcing plans and uses tools to increase candidate pipelinesManages the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and direct sourced candidates. Uses independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles and interview notesBuilds a qualified candidate profile and determines the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLAInterfaces with and develops strong relationships with client partnersDefine and participate in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offering to existing and anticipated clientsPromotes positive relationships and strong partnerships to protect the candidate experienceSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent1 β 3+ years of sales recruiting experience1 + years experience recruiting technical and data center focused positionsMinimum of 1 year of experience as a full-cycle recruiterMinimum of 1 year of relationship management experience working directly with hiring managersCollege degree preferredCoursework or certification such as: AIRS, Adler Group, Recruitment Juice, NextLevel Exchange or Art of RecruitingDemonstrated success generating candidate pipelinesMicrosoft Office [Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook]Applicant Tracking System proficiencyCRM System proficiencyBenefitsCompetitive & robust benefitsFlexible schedulesRich learning & development opportunitiesCompany OverviewRandstad is the worldβs largest talent company and a partner of choice to clients.
