As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming requests, and performing other data entry tasks as requested by management. **Key Areas of Responsibility:**
As a Data Entry Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
* **Cybersecurity Questionnaire Completion:** Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements.
* **Incoming Request Monitoring:** Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA), prioritizing requests with internal business leaders to ensure efficient processing.
* **Information Extraction:** Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to support sales efforts and improve response times.
* **Coordination and Review:** Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure accurate and complete responses.
* **Progress Recording:** Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track completion status and identify areas for improvement.
* **Additional Data Entry Tasks:** Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* **Training and Development:** Maintain all required corporate training up to date, staying current with industry developments and careerzynith's policies and procedures.
**General Responsibilities:**
