Product Manager – Healthcare SaaS (Part-Time | Remote)
We are building a Healthcare SaaS platform focused on automation, AI, and workflow optimization across healthcare and RCM processes. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can also operate with strong project execution discipline to drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
Product Management Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business and customer outcomes.
- Translate healthcare workflows into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user research with healthcare stakeholders (providers, billing, operations).
- Define success metrics and track feature adoption and outcomes.
- Ensure product decisions align with HIPAA, PHI, and security requirements.
- Support demos, presales inputs, and go-to-market readiness.
Project Management Expectations
✅ Plan and manage end-to-end execution of product initiatives.
✅ Break roadmap items into epics, sprints, and milestones with clear timelines.
✅ Run or support sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
✅ Coordinate daily with engineering, UX, QA, and stakeholders.
✅ Track dependencies, risks, and blockers; proactively drive resolution.
✅ Maintain delivery artifacts (roadmaps, sprint plans, release notes, status updates).
✅ Ensure on-time, high-quality releases across multiple parallel initiatives.
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS products.
- Proven experience owning both product strategy and delivery execution.
- Strong background in healthcare SaaS, RCM, EHR, or health IT workflows.
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven or automation-heavy products.
- Familiarity with payer, provider, or clearinghouse integrations.
- Experience working with US healthcare customers.
- Prior experience acting as Product + Project Manager in lean teams.
