PIM Specialist

The PIM Specialist supports the Sartorius Product Information Management (PIM) environment, utilizing the Stibo STEP system for the Lab Products & Services (LPS) Division. This role ensures lab product data is accurate, consistent, and governed according to defined standards. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and maintain product information, including specifications and descriptions. Enhance and update product data, as well as related activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and channels. Uphold data standards and support data governance policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and support multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain product data integrity and perform data cleansing activities. Skills and Qualifications 1+ years’ experience managing and maintaining data a complex system; PIM experience not required, but a plus. Incredibly detail-oriented with a strong focus on precise data accuracy and quality. Self-organized and able to work autonomously. Strong sense of diplomacy while guiding and support cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
