We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our non-voice process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries through email and chat channels, providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
