Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
Ā Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency.
Ā Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports.
Ā Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes.
Ā Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
Ā Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging.
Ā Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
Ā Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary.
Ā Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives.
Required Skills

Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Ā Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges is essential.
Ā Residing in Pennsylvania is a requirement.
Ā A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts.

Compensation And Benefits
This part-time position offers:
Ā Competitive hourly wages ranging from (15 to )18.
Ā A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Ā 11 paid holidays and accrued PTO with annual increases.
