Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and transportation options.
• Create detailed itineraries and travel proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Process bookings for flights, cruises, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Provide clients with travel documentation, destination information, and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and correspondence.
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
• Address client questions, changes, or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems or willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote work.
