Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Consultant to join our team in a full remote capacity. As a Customer Success Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in resolving customer inquiries, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless implementations of our commercial contract accounts and programs. Your expertise will enable our Account Managers to focus on selling, while you provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries related to service/non-selling issues, ensuring successful resolution and a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with Account Managers to onboard new customers, guaranteeing a smooth transition and implementation of our commercial contract accounts and programs.
Determine the root cause of issues, including delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries.
Facilitate installations, communicate updates to customers and Account Managers, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Record and report on resolved issues, tracking all activity in Salesforce and submitting reports to management.
Educate end-users on self-service options and customer service, promoting efficient issue resolution.
Implement or facilitate improvements to procedures, services, or products, and develop new ideas, methods, techniques, services, and products.


What You Bring to the Table
To succeed as a Customer Success Consultant at arenaflex, you should possess:

Strong business acumen and the ability to interface with customers at Manager, Director, or VP levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a demanding and unpredictable workload with efficiency and poise.
Knowledge of Business Essentials, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products.
Ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of business experience.
6+ months experience using Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
