Payroll + HR / Performance Operations Coordinator
Let’s Dance With Me Studio is seeking a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and professional Payroll + HR / Performance Operations Coordinator to help support and structure a growing premium dance studio environment.
This role is NOT traditional corporate HR.
We are looking for someone who can help create operational consistency, accountability, professionalism, and structure inside a fast-paced, relationship-driven business.
Key focus:
a) PayRoll processing in quickbooks online for instructors
b) Benefits register management, record keeping, studio handbook application in regards to students' request of benefits or specific needs;
c) Weekly Performance Reviews of staff ( key purpose is to bring their attention and performance to needed KPIs weekly)
d) Managing studio quickbooks accounting (accounts of payables, receivables, weekly, monthly reconciliation)
e) Managing of billing processing ( paying rent, payroll, lelectric, common fees, miscellaneous fees)
Overall responsibilities include:
• Payroll processing and compensation coordination
• Weekly KPI and performance review tracking during ZOOM meetings with staff one on one
• Weekly documenting KPI numbers on Monday.com platform
• Conducting short accountability and follow-up meetings with instructors
• Documentation of operational and performance reviews
• Assisting with professionalism standards and internal communication
• Helping leadership maintain structure, follow-through, and consistency
• Supporting a culture focused on growth, accountability, and professionalism
Ideal candidate qualities:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling accountability conversations professionally
• Emotionally mature and discreet
• Experience in HR, operations, hospitality, fitness, wellness, luxury service, or performance-based environments is a plus
• Able to balance professionalism with positive team culture
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping businesses grow through systems, accountability, and operational support — not just paperwork.
Part-time initially (approximately 8–10 hours/week) with opportunity for long-term growth.
Location: Naples, Florida
Flexible hybrid/remote structure possible for portions of the role.
